- 1kg Jerusalem artichokes
- 800gr spinach

and I feel like forgetting something ...
Recipe tested and approved in Simons
simply wash the delicate, cut into small cubes and sauté with olive oil until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and finish cooking gently ... we found it very good (and quick to prepare!)
