We met Dominique and Jean-Marc Gaillard, arborists Alluets King in November.
They signed a commitment to conversion to organic farming on December 9, 2009 apple, pear, plum, cherry, apricot and kiwi.
In these conditions, even though no chemical has been used on these 6 species of fruit since December 9, 2009, the 2010 crop is conventional. Harvest 2011 will be qualified in the first year of conversion and harvest 2012 in the second year of conversion. It from the 2013 harvest that fruit can benefit the organic label.
From Thursday, January 13, they will be on a Thursday night two at the bar du Colombier to distribute their fruit baskets.
Until May, we have different varieties of apples and pears.
