Olivier Ranke is a producer of meat, cereals and pulses at the Bergerie BIO Villarceau in the Vexin. The AMAP Mantois
of new launches a bulk order for delivery Thursday, March 11 at the distribution of AMAP at Colombier Magnanville, between 19h and 20h.

Here is what can be purchased
- packages of beef. Beef is the Salers excellent beef breed. Olivier the student with organic grain it produces itself. The pieces are individually wrapped in vacuum packages. They can be frozen immediately.
In March, there are no veal and lamb. This will be for the next bulk order in early summer.

Olivier can also make bags of 5 kg for flour.

> Beans: 25 kg = € 130.56 (or € 5.22 kg)
> Small Spelt grain: 25 kg = € 87.30 (or € 3.49 per kg)
Olivier can make bags of 1 kg for pulses and cereals.
> Rapeseed Oil: 5.50 € 75 cl bottle
> Sunflower Oil: 4.50 € 75 cl bottle
> Veal stew cooked: 850 ml jar = € 14.40
